Booking and Cancellation Policy
What to expect when booking, rescheduling or cancelling an appointment at Eloria London.
This document is a working draft. It must be reviewed and approved by the clinic, and checked against UK GDPR and advertising requirements, before the site goes live.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposit amounts and whether they are redeemable against treatment are to be confirmed.
Rescheduling and cancellation
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment so the time can be offered to someone else. The required notice period and any charge for short-notice cancellation are to be confirmed.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that following clients are not affected.
Patch tests
Some treatments require a patch test a set period before your first session. If a required patch test has not been completed, treatment cannot proceed on the day.
Courses of treatment
Where a course is recommended, the terms covering session validity, transferability and refunds are to be confirmed and will be explained in writing before you commit.
